If this deduction is possible, where in the Turbo Tax program do, I enter this deduction?

Up to tax year 2017, attorney's fees incurred in protecting or obtaining your wages were deductible as a miscellaneous deduction subject to the 2% of AGI floor.

For tax year 2018, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act has eliminated this deduction.
