Yes, you can, but make sure to enter them separately, since there are different dates involved. 

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions & Credits
3. Charitable Donations
4. Donations to Charity in 2016 - select items as your category

I try to go back in to change the name of the donation from one organization to another but it will not let me? What am I doing wrong?

To change the name of the organization:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Federal Taxes.
3. Go to Deductions and Credits.
4. Go Charitable Donations and click show more.
5. Go to Donations to Charity in 2019 and click revisit.
6. Select Edit next to the organization that you need to Edit . 
7. On the screen Review Your Donations, select I need to change the name of this charity.
