Yes, you can deduct self-employed health insurance, even if you have a second job if you are not covered at your job or if you have not elected not to take the health insurance proposed at your job. Also, the policy has to be in your name or the business' name.

Yes, you can deduct self-employed health insurance, even if you have a second job if you are not covered at your job or if you have not elected not to take the health insurance proposed at your job. Also, the policy has to be in your name or the business' name.
