No you cannot deduct your vehicle tax paid in 2018 on your 2017 tax return.  You can wait until you file your 2018 tax return next year to enter it.

No you cannot deduct your vehicle tax paid in 2018 on your 2017 tax return.  You can wait until you file your 2018 tax return next year to enter it.
