Yes. If you itemize deductions, you can deduct excise taxes that are based on the value of your camper/RV or any other vehicle. (don't include sales taxes).

Go to Deductions & Credits > Cars and Other Things You Own > Personal Property Taxes

Don't confuse this with Property Taxes (under Your Home), which is for real estate taxes.
