Can I contribute to my HSA now for 2016 taxes?

I'm attempting to lower my adjusted gross income, and this seems to be the best way for the previous year's taxes.

Yes, you have until the due date of the return to contribute to your HSA for 2016. To navigate to the section to enter your contribution:

• In your open return, select My Account
• Tools
• Topic Search
• Type 'HSA' in the box, then select GO

On the page, Let's enter your HSA contributions, enter your after-tax contributions. Be certain to answer the HDHP coverage questions also.
