Can I claim the medical expenses I pay for my sister and brother whom are both disabled? I am the legal guardian and power of atty for both.

did you claim them as dependents on your return.  if not, no.

Under the tax code, there is something called a "medical dependent," who does not have to be an actual dependent.

I had no idea! I've been their guardian and POA since 2004! I live with them by weekly! So, I can claim them even if they receive SSI benefits? Do I report their benefits which are not much?

If Social Security is their only income, you do not report it at all.

I commute from San Marcos to Palacios, 3 hr drive! They live at my mother's home,  that I now own. My brother can take care of them but we have help with my sister.

Also,  siblings check on them when I'm not there but I take care of amost of the financial part!
