Can I claim the cost of my tires. I have to drive to places for meetings, pick up items, to volunteer, drive to stores, use my own gas. Mileage is paid.

As an employee who receives a W-2 none of your employee business expenses are deductible on a federal tax return due to the tax code changes in effect for tax years 2018 thru 2025
