Can I claim the Colorado property tax rebate if I live with someone else who owns the home

You would have to pay the property tax, rent or heating bills for the home you live in to qualify. You can learn more from the Colorado Department of Revenue website.

To clarify….i am over 65 and there are only two answers to the question on the state tax form.  It is yes or no and yes is if you have already qualified for an exemption and no is if you haven’t.  If I choose no then I get a refund.
