Can I claim refianance and where do I add it in

Yes. If you refinanced your home you can claim it. here is how you do it:

Click on Federal Taxes tab (Personal tab if using Home and Business or Self-employed). Go to Deductions & Credits, then click on Show more next to Your Home. Click on Start next to Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance and follow the onscreen guide.
