Can i claim my mom as a dependent if someone has her on their taxes as a child care provider?

I want to claim my mother as a dependent but i'm not sure if i can because she was filed a s a child care provider on someone else's tax preparation.

Yes, so long as her total income (not counting social security) is less than $4050. She will have to file a tax return with as little as $400, of income; bu can file without claiming her own exemption (she doesn't claim herself)
