Sorry, no you will not get a tax deduction for your home office as an employee.

Employee business expenses are not deductible on federal tax return due to the tax code changes in effect for tax years 2018 thru 2025.

No.  You have to be self-employed or a business owner to deduct a home office.  Employees who work for another company are not eligible, unless they have their own business or earn self-employment income.  Some states do allow this tax deduction for employees.
