Can I claim Items related to Hurricane Matthew other than personal items, such as moving expenses to vacate property, temporary living expenses, storage fees and moving f

I am sorry to tell you that none of these personal expenses would be deductible as casualty losses.

Some could be deductible as moving expenses but only if they were made in connection to taking a new job that met all the distance requirements.  The new job would have to be at least 50 miles further from your old home than your old job was from your old home.  There are several other requirements , such as the new job has to start within a year of the moving expense time, and you would have to stay working in that new area for at least 39 weeks after the move.
