A national emergency was declared March 13, 2020 for Covid-19 by the President.  There is no corresponding disaster declaration.

What are you trying to deduct as a business expense?

Covid-19 has not been declared a "disaster" like a hurricane, wildfire, etc.  What are you trying to do?
