If you are not a business but are just the homeowner you do not provide to any individual or any company a Form 1099-NEC for services rendered on your home.
You would only be required to issue a 1099 if the payment was made in the course of business and the company is unincorporated. See Am I required to file a Form 1099 or other information return?
