Can charitable donations in 2019 be written off in 2018 on federal taxes

AZ state allows charitable donations before April15, 2019 to be used as a 2018 tax credit. does federal 2018 taxes allow for this?

Federal taxes do not allow the deduction of charitable donations made other than during the actual tax year. If they weren't made in 2018, they can't be deducted on a 2018 tax return.
