Hi,

Can a sole owner of an S corp with no employees besides himself deduct office meals at 50%?

If the person is not meeting with a client but just ordering lunch for themselves.

Thanks.

Short answer... NO.   Eating at work is not deductible for anyone.   And make sure you are filing the proper payroll tax forms for you the only employee.
