Where do I input my BUSINESS DONATION TO CHARITY?

I assume you are reporting your business income on Schedule C.  Report the charitable deductions as personal donations under Personal Taxes>Deductions & Credits>Charitable Donations.  If you donated inventory, please make sure to report that as "personal use" when you report your cost of goods.
