Boxes 19& 20 is wrong, my employer had my office as my home address, so the amount and the locality is wrong should I just enter what they have and proceed onward?

Yes, enter your W-2 and other documents exactly as you hold them in your hand.  The IRS gets a copy and if there are any differences, it may prompt a notice from the IRS.

Boxes 19 and 20 of the W-2 are for local taxes.  You may need to make two local tax filings, one for your residence location and one for your work location.
