Box 7 of Foreign Tax Paid is creating an error

TT is showing this error: Form 1099-DIV: Foreign Source amount must be entered. How do I fix this error?  Total Foreign Tax paid is less than $20.

I did find a number on 1099-DIV from my brokerage firm that TT was looking for.  Now the new error is: "Schedule B --Form 1099-DIV (my fin inst name):  Box 7 column should have a value for (my fin Inst name).  asking to choose Form 1116 col A, col B or col C."

How do I fix this error?  My tot Foreign Tax Paid is less than $20.

The value in box 7 would be the foreign tax paid. If it is looking for a source for the foreign income, it would either be Mutual Fund/Regulated investment company (RIC) or "Other Source." If you choose "Other Source" you need to specify what country it came from.
