Bought house on 11/21/2016. Padi CountyPropertyTaxes 11/21/2016 to 06/30/2017 & CityPropertyTaxes for 3 months. Can I deduct the entire amount? Or only months in 2016?

You can deduct all property taxes actually paid in 2016, even if they cover part of 2017.
