Az 140PTC

I qualify for the AZ 140PTC, property tax credit.  I owned my home all year, paid property tax, and am over 65.  I had $2000 income last year, with my social security not taxable.  I am being told by TT that I am not eligible.  Why not?

Az 140PTC

Please review your AZ entries to ensure you checked all necessary boxes for the credit. Your total household income was less than $3,751 if you lived alone. If others lived with you, your total household income was less than $5,501.

You lived in AZ all year and paid property tax. Based on AZ Property Tax Credit for 2024,  you should qualify.

That was it.  There are two places a checkmark needed to be made that indicate real estate taxes were paid.  I checked only one of them.
