At the home office question, it says "choose the same home office below...or add New". Unfortunately, there is a blank and no selections available, so I can't continue?

Because there's no selections available, when I click "Continue", it'll say in the blank Selections area "Please make a selection" in red. I don't see a way to progress from here...
