As a household employer (have nanny) can I claim the home office deduction?
The only reason I have 'a business' is because I have a nanny. Therefore, I am considered a household employer. All the work I spend on preparing 'nanny taxes'/pay stubs/etc. I do in my home.

home office deductions have some very specific requirements. like the area has to be used EXCLUSIVELY for that purpose.so filling out papers on the kitchen table does not qualify
