Are the spouse's contributions to an employer-provided health plan eligible for the self employed health insurance deduction for the self employed taxpayer?

Are the spouse's contributions to an employer-provided health plan eligible for the self employed health insurance deduction for the self employed taxpayer?
If they are pre-tax deductions, you have already received the tax benefit of paying for the policies and cannot claim them a second time.
However, if they are after-tax deductions, you can claim them as self-employed health insurance to the extent of your business profits.
