Are the organizations IRS-approved organizations/charities, such that they qualify to be deductible?   According to IRS Pub. 526:

"You can deduct your contributions only if you make them to a qualified organization. Most organizations, other than churches and governments, must apply to the IRS to become a qualified organization.

How to check whether an organization can receive deductible charitable contributions.

"You can ask any organization whether it is a qualified organization, and most will be able to tell you. Or go to IRS.gov and  "Exempt Organizations Select Check" at this link:
https://www.irs.gov/charities-non-profits/exempt-organizations-select-check
. This online tool will enable you to search for qualified organizations."

In addition to churches and governments, here are also some types of organizations that qualify:

https://www.irs.gov/publications/p526#en_US_2016_publink1000229643

If so, then launch your TurboTax program (it looks like you are using the desktop Home and Biz for Mac.)

PERSONAL tab  (Federal Taxes tab in other editions.)

Subtab "Deductions & Credits."

"I'll choose what I work on."

Scroll to "Charitable Donations" topic.

Subtopic "Donations to charity in 2017" and click Start or Update.

If you have been in that section before, you will see a summary screen.   You can edit the existing charity to add your expenses, or if you haven't entered anything for that charity before, you can use the blue button "Add Another Charity."

On the next screen you will see 4 blue buttons for types of donations.  Choose "Mileage and travel expenses."  (see screen image #1 below).

On the next screen (image #2 below), you can choose "multiple times" if necessary, and it will then show "various" as the date.
