Are my county property tax assessments for repaying various bonds deductible?

There are seven assessments for bonds at a total rate of .18% that are assessed against my property. There is also another assessment at .006% for a state water project.

Yes, the county property taxes are a deductible item.  The costs you mention in the question, are a cost incurred by the county, that are being passed on to the property owners. 

If business related property it goes with business expenses, if it is personal (non business property) it is a Sch A itemized deduction. 

To enter property taxes paid (State, Local)

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Your Home (if personal taxes)
• On Property Taxes click on the start or update button
