Are moving expenses to do post graduate study in foreign country deductible ?The scholarship has to count as foreign income so seems like there should be a way to deduct?

Unfortunately, the deduction for moving expenses has been suspended (eliminated) through tax year 2025.  The one exception is for military members who were ordered to move to a new permanent station.
