Are financial support and paid bills considered distributions from an irrevocable trust

As a trustee I pay bills, school funding and some cash for support to the beneficiary.  Are these considered 'Distributions" to them for the purpose of taxes?

Yes, these are distributions to the beneficiary and would be reported on K-1.
