It depends. If you are able to claim your parents as a dependent, then you may be able to claim the travel expenses if you are traveling to their house for medical reasons or taking them to an appointment and the care is recommended by a doctor.
If the primary purpose of the travel is to visit your parents, but you help them out while you are there, then no you cannot deduct the travel expenses.
