How do I enter mortgage insurance premiums when there is no field to input it?

I am under Deductions & Credits > Your Home > Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance (Form 1098).
I added the lender and entered mortgage interest and property taxes, however there is no field to enter mortgage insurance premiums. I go through the guided questions and do not see anywhere to input this.
