Am I considered a full owner or a partial owner of a property if I own a mobile home that I rented out but I don't own the land?

If you are the only owner of the mobile home, then you own 100% of the rental property. The lot rental (if any) would be a Rental Expense for the property.

If you are the only owner of the mobile home, then you own 100% of the rental property. The lot rental (if any) would be a Rental Expense for the property.
