No. Your car registration fee is not deductible on your Missouri tax return.

BUT...MO does appear to have Personal Property Taxes on Vehicles/Autos  (just from a google search).......Not being a resident of MO, I don't know if it is listed as part of yoru vehicle reregistration, or as a separate city/county assessed tax.

 

Flat re-registration fees cannot be use as a deduction...but actual Property taxes assessed based on the value of the vehicle are allowed. 

 

Those would be entered in the "Cars & Other things you own" section on the Deductions&Credits page
