All other countries not listed is missing this year

I'm filling in the housing exclusion because I live outside of the U.S and in previous years, it had "all other countries not listed" in the drop down menu. This year, this option is not available. What should I list down because I don't want to select a random country that I've not lived in

The situation you described is being addressed and corrected.

The following TurboTax help article includes a link where you can sign up with your email address to be notified when everything has been corrected.  The article specifically mentions the Czech Republic as the country that is not shown in the list, but others are being addressed as well.

The option to select "other" is now available. You can revisit the foreign housing exclusion section to finish your return.
