According to (PATH), the IRS can't issue refunds before mid-February 4 tax returns with the EIC or the Additional Child Tax Credit. Why do I have this? I didnt claim this

If you have children, it is likely TurboTax has calculated and claimed those credits for you.  If the Additional Child Tax Credit or Earned Income Credit are not claimed on your return, that message does not apply to you.  If you are unsure, just preview your tax return and check to see if you have either of those credits listed.

If you do not claim children, keep in mind, that individuals without dependents are eligible for the Earned Income Credit too, depending on their income.  

To preview your Form 1040: 

• TurboTax Online sign-in, click Here. 

• Select "Take me to my Return"

• Go to "Tax Tools" (on the sidebar) then  "Tools" 

• Under the Tools Center, select "view tax summary" 

• Select "Preview my 1040"

The take me to my return does not show up when I sign in and I can not find where to preview it.

Looks like I did have EIC... Sorry for the trouble... dang this stinks I have to wait for the refund lol
