2025 Tax Year Form 8911

I received an E-mail notification today, 1/30/2026, that the Form 8911 was available for entering information.  I updated the Intuit Turbotax Deluxe version on my Windows 11 PC and it still says the form is not available yet.  When will it be available and why is Intuit telling me that it is when it isn't?

The Form 8911 is estimated to be finalized and available in TurboTax on 02/04/2026

Form 8911 and 8911-A were in the update released on 2/1/2026 for the Deluxe Windows/Desktop version.

Tracking of release status of all forms also was updated.
