I have no trouble deleting a 1099-R form in Forms Mode...haven't tried from the interview table of 1099-Rs recently.

If on Windows, there was an OS update on Monday...make sure it's fully installed and reboot. Sometimes, a partially-installed Windows OS update will cause problems with TTX operations.
Thanks for the reply. My Windows 11 is up to date, I reboot daily. After installing the 1/21 fix that corrected the “unavailable” which left the needs reviews, I tried a new return from scratch which didn’t help. The federal review shows no errors but the problem is I am not able to do a step-by-steo review to insure I answered questions that just updating forms bypassed.
Applied the 1/29/26 update and there is still no green review button for the items listed requiring review.
Others have fixed this problem by:
1) switch to Forms Mode
2) Select any 1099-R forms you see in the left-side listing
3) Go to the rt-side main page and delete each 1099-R form
4) Return to the interview and re-create any 1099-R you need for filing this year.
