2022- filed 8915F. Line B - 2020; paid taxes on final third of amt withdrawn in 2020. Should i check “no, I didn’t take a qualified disaster distribution”?

Correct, you should check "no" if you already paid taxes on the last installment with your 2022 taxes.

Some other users have reported that TurboTax has created another Form 8915-F and related worksheet and Form 1099-R from 2020 when the tax has already been paid over the previous three years. See this discussion for more information if you have this issue.
