What do i add for medical.  I know meet my deductible & out of pocket equaling $7000.00

those unreimbursed medical expenses are deductible on schedule A; HOWEVER, only the portion that is over 7.5% of your wages are ultimately deductible.... 

 

So let's say your income is $40,000.  

7.5% of $40,000 is $3,000.

so only the remaining $4,000 of the $7,000 you asked about would ultimately be deductible. 

 

(and it gets more complicated as unless you have enough other deductions - state taxes, donations, etc - to exceed the 'standard deduction', it won't matter in any event )
