1099-NEC Federal income tax withheld, box 4, not carried over to 1040 form

Using 2021 Home and Business. Entered this information on the 1099 _NEC form. However, it does not appear on line 25 of the 1040 form. Is this a software bug ?

Did you switch to Forms and look?  Is it on the 1099NEC worksheet box 4?  Why did you have withholding on a 1099NEC?

Switch to the forms mode and look at line 25 of the  form 1040  & the worksheet for that line.  It carried just fine in my test return.
