1099 -LTC

As part of the Turbo Tax 1099-LTC form there are 3  questions regarding reimbursements. They are

    LTC No. of Days

    Cost of Qualified LTC Services

Total Reimbursements received for these Costs

Is the Cost  of Qualified LTC Services the monthly premium I paid or  would it be the monthly fee paid

to the facility?

The cost of qualified long-term care services would be the fees paid to the facility for the services they provided.
