If the importing process is not pulling all the correct information you will need to manually enter your 1099-INT Form. You will need a physical or digital copy of the 1099-INT and manually put it in the software. See the captures below for some guidance
From the Investments and Savings screen, you will skip the importing option and click Enter in a Different way
You will then select the type of investment income you received, and hit continue
You will then see the option to type it manually. You can also upload the PDF from your computer, or snap a picture of it
