You have an error on MA return. interest from US Treasury is NOT TAXABLE in MA. yet it shows up on return as - MA bank interest. IT IS NOT MA BANK INTEREST.

I reported this last year - the agent said he would investigate - nothing changed.

US Treasury interest is not taxable in MASS.

When you enter the 1099-INT in Federal, Wages and Income, there is box you have to check that says US Treasury interest.

Is the interest in 1099Int box 3?  If it was wrong in the prior year then it transferred over wrong again.  You need to delete that 1099Int and reenter it manually.  It should be in box 3.
