If you did not opt for Direct Deposit, and stated you wanted your refund mailed to you, and you did not add in your Banking information when you Filed, then you will receive your Refund by Regular Mail. 

 It will show that information on your Turbo Tax Timeline, on your Status Page.  It explains how you Filed, What the Refund amount is,, and states whether you filed successfully, so you know for sure.  So, check your Turbo Tax Timeline for details and updates.  Hope this Helps!..
