Yet Turbo Tax keeps trying to do schedule UA for Pennsylvania?

I do not see Schedule UA on the 2019 Pennsylvania list of Tax Forms and Publications for Individuals. There was a Schedule UE, Allowable Employee Business Expenses listed, though.

I recommend returning to your original input screens and verifying the input is exactly as received. There may be an errant code entered triggering these unexpected results.

If you are still getting this review note, I recommend deleting and re-adding the state. 

To delete and re-add the state: 

• From the left menu select State>
• Continue>next to Pennsylvania, click the Trash Can icon and follow through the rest of the questions ending with Done
• Click Add Another State>Your state>and go through the interview again.
