Why is the turbo tax sales tax deduction higher than what the irs.gov sales tax deduction calculates? I checked my figures three times.

OK, we know that your state is Tennessee, but what is your AGI, what is the federal sales tax number and what was the Tennessee sales tax number? What is the TN state and local sales tax percentages?

Also, did you use the online IRS calculator at here?

Yes I used that irs.gov site.   I talked to a TurboTax specialist who saw it and confirmed it was wrong and is notifying the IT team.   I am just overriding it with the IRS.gov calculation.  Thanks
