Why is tax exempt interest being pulled into OR non-resident return?

I am not a resident of Oregon, but have some business income there during 2019, so I need to file a return. For some reason, my tax exempt interest/dividends from my federal return are being pulled into the Oregon return on the Other Additions form, code 158. This doesn't seem right and is increasing the amount of taxes the return says are due. Is this a software issue?

There is a page in the Oregon tax return where you can make adjustments to your Oregon income, and remove non-Oregon source Income.  See the screenshot below:

I am an Oregon resident. Why does TurboTax not load my tax exempt Municipal Obligation interest from another state (tax code 158)?  It's a significant amount that my tax preparer included last year in my State filing.

Review your federal entry and the questions following it. Under Tell us if any of these uncommon situation apply, you will need to uncheck the box for your state or mark the state where exempt rather than OR.
