Why is my Oregon Kicker Credit not applying to my state refund? It says I qualify for $400 and congratulates me, but never factors that amount in.

Can you see your Oregon return (yes if you are using the desktop product or have already paid for the Online product)?

If so, what is lines 63 and 65 on your OR-40?

If you can't see your forms, why do you think that the Kicker is not applied to your refund?
