Why is it saying my address is a PO Box?

When I  try to e-File, I have to click "Fix Federal Return" and it takes me to "Invalid Address Information".  It says the address can not be a PO Box but the address in the fields is no a PO box.  When I click "Continue" it takes me back to "Fix Federal Return".

I had the exact same issue. I was going to use my refund to pay for the filing. Doing that takes you to all of the agreements and stuff for Santa Barbara, the bank that handles taking out the filing fee from refunds.

The awesome expert I was having help me, we tried everything. It was nothing to do with the return itself.

I took a stab and went to pay upfront instead of through the refund. Paying upfront worked and I was able to e-file. 😀

I also went into my Inuit Account and saw on Overview that it was asking me to review my address
