Why does Turbo Tax keep contacting me regarding my need to file state taxes? . I was a resident of WA state until March 1, 2023. No OR tax due?

My current address is OR, but did not physically locate into OR until 2023

Ignore the messages. If you did not live or work in OR during 2022 you do not have to file an OR tax return. And as you know, WA has no state income tax.

What probably happened is that you entered OR as your "State of Residence" in the Personal Info section of TT. Your State of Residence in TT should be your resident state as of December 31 of the tax year of the return - WA in your case.
